We held a Stakeholder Day on 26th April- but what was it all about?
Purpose - To hold a stakeholder engagement session with key individuals and organisations who have an interest in the development and success of KPC Youth. The session and follow up will:
- Maximize opportunities for potential partners to fully understand KPC Youth and their outline development plans
- Provide opportunities for stakeholders to ask questions about KPC Youth work to date
- Identify areas where KPC existing and future work could strengthen the work of other stakeholders
- Focus on areas where win/win partnership working could be explored as a follow up to the workshop
- Record key discussions using flip charts and uses of a video diary room
- Establish new ways of communicating with partners – especially web based platforms that update participants about future activity
